Barbecue Tips - Other


HOME MUSTARD

2 dl mustard (powder)
2 dl cream
2 dl sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp potatoflour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar or brandy

Mix the ingredients - except the vinegar or brandy - in a pot and place the pot on the stove. Mix continually until the mixture boils. Let the mixture cool and add the vinegar or brandy.


BARBECUE SAUCE FOR GRILL STEAKS


150 g tomato purée
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp vinegar
¼ ts black pepper
¼ ts ginger

Mix all ingredients and serve with grilled meat or vegetables.


SALSA SAUCE

1 onion
4 peperoni
15 - 20 pitted green olives
Approx. 250 g tomatoes, chopped
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp jalapeno powder
¼ tsp chilipowder

Peel the onion and remove the stems of the peperonis. Put the ingredients in a mixer and mix evenly. Add jalapeno and chili to taste. Keep in the fridge for a while.
